Father’s Day
Father's Day across the group — breakfast bubbles, long lunches and à la carte by the water.
The first Sunday of September, and most of the harbour and beach rooms set a table for it. Breakfast with a glass of sparkling runs at Ripples Chowder Bay, Ripples Rose Bay, Ripples Little Manly, Summer Salt, The Fenwick and Sails, between $55 and $65 an adult.
Lunch is where most of it happens: four courses at Riva and Sails ($165 an adult), Ripples Chowder Bay ($125), Ripples Rose Bay and Summer Salt ($115) and Ripples Little Manly ($109); three courses at The James and The Fenwick ($125). Akti, Ventuno, Noi and Postino Osteria stay à la carte, while Ormeggio and Chiosco run their own set menus at $189 and $145.
